Four phases, repeated as the list gets clearer.
There is no single calendar for every player. Communication rules vary by division, sport, and grade, so use the current official calendar while moving through this sequence.
- 01Explore
Build a balanced school list.
Start with academics, location, campus life, support, and likely cost. Then ask whether the soccer level, roster need, staff, and weekly experience fit the player.
- 02Prepare
Protect eligibility and organize evidence.
Meet with a counselor, identify each school’s governing body, keep coursework and sports history accurate, and prepare a short video, full-game links, schedule, and academic context.
- 03Communicate
Make outreach specific and player-led.
Explain why the school fits, share useful evidence, ask a real roster question, and follow the current communication rules for the sport, division, and grade level.
- 04Compare
Test every promise against the whole offer.
Use visits and direct conversations to understand the current role, returning roster, admissions support, aid terms, coaching stability, health support, and next decision date.
