Soccer Guide NW is an independent information resource. Club and league listings do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Confirm current fees, assignments, credentials, offers, eligibility, and competition rules directly with the responsible organization.

Resources are general educational information, not individualized medical, legal, or financial advice. Health guidance does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. For immediate danger, call 911. For safeguarding concerns, use the reporting directions in our safety guide, not a public profile or worksheet.

A directory record’s update date describes a record change, not an independent recheck of every detail. See our directory standards.

Worksheets and this device

The weekly planner saves your entries in this browser’s local storage so they can appear on a later visit. Use “Erase saved plan” to remove that saved copy, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Future edits save again. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see saved entries.

The player-evaluation and session-plan builders hold entries only while the worksheet is open; they may be lost when you reload or leave it. These tools do not send worksheet entries to our servers. Browser features and extensions operate separately. Downloaded PDFs and printouts are copies you control and are not erased when you clear a worksheet.

Avoid children’s identifying details, precise schedules or locations, medical information, and safeguarding allegations in worksheets. Share completed evaluations only with authorized people.

Accounts and service providers

Registration sends your name, email address, password, and selected account type to our authentication service, Supabase. Sign-in uses session cookies. Choosing an account type does not by itself verify a relationship or grant access to private team records.

Hosting, authentication, and email-delivery services process information needed to provide their services, including network requests and account messages. Private account records are separate from published club and coach directory information. A public coach listing is not a verification of every credential.

These data-control notes are not a complete account privacy policy. Operator contact details, retention periods, and an account deletion/request process still need to be finalized before wider account enrollment.

Planned parent coach ratings

Coach ratings are not yet available. Read the planned parent review standards for firsthand experience, privacy, score calculations, fair moderation, and appeals. Those standards must be supported by working verification and privacy procedures before submissions open.

Optional maps and external links

The Club Atlas list works without loading map tiles. Choosing “Load interactive map” sends your IP address, browser request information, and the viewed map areas to OpenStreetMap. The map does not request your device’s precise location. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy and map attribution and license information.

External links take you to independently operated services with their own terms and data practices.

Images and software

Do not assume a publicly visible photo or article can be republished. Administrators must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images and should retain that evidence privately. Identifiable people may require additional permissions, including guardian permission where appropriate.

Open-source components and fonts carry their own licenses. Read third-party software and font notices.
