Planned parent coach ratings

Check current availability on a club page. Read the parent review standards for firsthand experience, privacy, score calculations, fair moderation, and appeals. Those standards must be supported by working verification and privacy procedures before submissions open.

When collection is open, the review service stores the submitting account, club or coach, seasonal year, structured answers, eligibility acknowledgments and their versions, status, decision notices, and timestamps. Verification also records an opaque household identifier and private moderator notes. Coach attachment requests record the requesting account, selected coach and club, verification notes, and decisions. Changes create private history snapshots.

Public results contain eligible seasonal aggregates, not individual answers or reviewer identities. Account holders can see their own submissions and notices. Authorized moderators can access the records needed for verification and decisions; known club conflicts restrict access to the parent-review queue. Service operators with database access can also access private records.

Withdrawal stops a review contributing to public results but does not delete its stored record or history. No automatic review-data deletion schedule is active. Retention periods, handling of backups, and a private deletion-request channel must be finalized before collection opens. Do not send children’s identifying information or identity documents through review forms.
