Private requests

Private help, corrections, and deletion requests

The private request channel is not accepting messages yet. Once verified and available, it is intended to support people with or without an account. Requests would store your selected topic, messages and replies, status, and timestamps. A request created while signed in may also be associated with your account. The administrator would handle requests; authorized service operators may access records needed to provide or secure the service. Requests are not public reviews or independent appeals.

Keep your private access code secure: anyone who has it can read and reply to the request. No email notifications are sent. We cannot recover a guest request if you lose its code. The code does not prove that you own an account or authorize deletion of another person’s information.

For an account-wide request, describe that scope in the form. The administrator must identify the affected services and explain the outcome and any retained information. We aim to acknowledge requests within seven days and complete verified, eligible erasure within 30 days, or explain the reason and next step. These are service targets, not guaranteed completion dates or statements of legal deadlines.
