When an offer arrives
- Is this a guaranteed place on a named team, or will placement be decided later?
- What is the roster size, competition level, and confirmed coach for the coming season?
- What is the complete cost, deposit, payment schedule, and refund policy?
- What is the acceptance deadline, and can every important detail be sent in writing before payment?
